This page explains how to ask about the media and messages you submitted for a Keepsake Quest.
What may be retained
We retain the materials connected to your account and quest while they are needed to build, deliver, support, or maintain that quest. We do not make a promise about a fixed retention period in this MVP.
Request deletion
You can request deletion of uploaded media or a private quest by contacting support from the email used for your order. Tell us which quest or materials you want removed so we can identify the right request.
What deletion can affect
Removing the materials may prevent us from making later edits, restoring a quest, or keeping its private link available. We will explain the practical effect before completing a request when we need clarification.
Contributors
If someone else contributed media to your quest, coordinate with the buyer or contact support so we can understand which materials are involved.
