Before work begins
If you purchased a quest but have not started creating it or submitted materials for Concierge Quest, contact support promptly. We will review your order and explain the available options.
After personalization begins
Once a personalized quest is being built or has been delivered, a full refund may not be available because work and materials have already been tailored to your order. If there is a problem, contact us so we can review it case by case.
Concierge Quest
For Concierge Quest, submit materials only when you are ready for our team to begin. You will have a review and approval step before delivery; use that step to request reasonable corrections to the submitted content.
